TRT 800 Mode S Transponder

The TRT 800 is developed from the TRT 600 (now discontinued) and is one of a new generation of small lightweight low power consumption transponders with Mode S as well as Modes A/C. An alticoder is built in and installation is very straightforward. It fits a standard 57mm aviation housing and measures 65 x 65 x 180mm and weighs approx 600 gm. It is designed to produce 71 watts at the antenna and is issued with an EASA Form.

TRT 800A Mode S Transponder

TRT 800a Mode S transponderThe same multi-mode specifications as the TRT 800 Mode S transponder, but in an ARINC standard flat-pack housing, and with 125 watts at the antenna. Specifiy power supply with order- 12-14v or 24 - 28 VDC

Interchangeable with most existing aircraft transponder fitments. Size 160mm behind panel plus 45 mm for connector. 140 mm wide and 40 mm height. Weight 850 gms plus connector. Unit is slotted in from the front of the panel.
